1. Your place on your selected course will be secured once full payment has been received.
  2. Registrations without payment will only remain registered for 30 days. After the 30 day period the registration will be downgraded to the wait list.
  3. The AWF reserves the right to relocate or cancel an advertised course and refund monies at short notice. AWF are unable to reimburse travel and accommodation costs incurred relating to the relocation or cancellation of an advertised course.
  4. A full refund is available for cancellations received in writing more than twenty one (21) days prior to the commencement of the CEP.
  5. A request for CEP transfer to the next available CEP received in writing more than fourteen days (14) days prior to the CEP will not incur a fee;
  6. Cancellations or request for transfers received in writing less than fourteen (14) days to the commencement of the course will incur a 25% administration fee of the total enrolment fee paid;
  7. CEP Candidates may transfer a maximum of 1 time at no additional cost – additional transfers will incur a $50 administration fee.
  8. If the cancellation or transfer is as a result of medical or other extenuating circumstance, the candidate must write to the AWF Coach Education Manager, with supporting documentation eg. a medical certificate (if applicable) and a full refund may be granted.
  9. If there is no written documentation prior to the CEP commencement no refund will be issued.
  10. Once training has commenced – no refund will be issued.
  11. $110 inc GST surcharge will be applied for late registration.
  12. NCAS accreditation will be processed once all necessary post-course requirements are received by the Manager of the Coach Education Program.
  13. The Australian Weightlifting Federation accepts no responsibility for the completion of online training with ASADA and the ASC; difficulties with completing these modules will not be seen as a reason for refund of the course fee.
