Australia triumphed in a close match against New Zealand in Round 6 of the Oceania League last weekend. In a competition where team scores can reach well above two thousand points, a margin of only 60.78 allowed the Aussies to edge-out New Zealand in the race for second place on the League Ladder.

This was an important win for Australia, but the competition still has three rounds to go and the Aussies will need to keep turning up every month through to the end of February.

Australia meets Kiribati in Round 7 on 18 – 20 December.
