From November 1st, 2018, the IWF will change the bodyweight categories. Therefore NEW records will be established.
The OWF Executive Board and with the assistance of Michael Noonan, the CWF Statistician, have established new standards in these new bodyweight categories.
It is with great sorrow, that I must advise you, of the passing of our very dear friend and colleague, Frank Robby from Papua New Guinea.
Frank Robby passed away last night, on Monday, 11th June, after ill health for the past 12 months.

With the financial assistance of the IWF, the Oceania Weightlifting Federation has organised an elite training camp at the Oceania Weightlifting Institute in New Caledonia, in preparation for the upcoming Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
We're excited to announce that tomorrow, Friday, 2nd February, we will be streaming our training session live from the Institute in New Caledonia.
42 Vanuatu Pacific Mini Games Gold medallists are in a special training camp at the Oceania Weightlifting Institute in Mont Dore, New Caledonia, in preparation for the forthcoming Commonwealth Games at the Gold Coast from the 4th to 16th April.
