With the financial assistance of the IWF, the Oceania Weightlifting Federation has organised an elite training camp at the Oceania Weightlifting Institute in New Caledonia, in preparation for the upcoming Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
We're excited to announce that tomorrow, Friday, 2nd February, we will be streaming our training session live from the Institute in New Caledonia.
42 Vanuatu Pacific Mini Games Gold medallists are in a special training camp at the Oceania Weightlifting Institute in Mont Dore, New Caledonia, in preparation for the forthcoming Commonwealth Games at the Gold Coast from the 4th to 16th April.

There were some minor adjustments in the start list which needed to be made and this has been done now.
Attached please find this year’s results of the 2017 ZKC Email International Club Tournament. The tournament was a record breaking success with 706 lifters competing.
Congratulations to the Phoenix Club from Melbourne, Australia, winning the male section. Whilst congratulations must go to the Functional Strength Club from Auckland, New Zealand for winning the female section. The two clubs will now receive two sets of ZKC training weights each.
