Please find attached the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Weightlifting Federation Ltd, to be held on Monday 21 October 2019 at the Australian Institute of Sport, Canberra ACT.

Election of Directors

• According to the rotation of Directors established under the current AWF Constitution, Mr Lyn Jones and Mr Pedro Sanchez will retire as Directors at the 2019 AGM. They are both eligible for re-election.
• Nominations for the election of Directors can be submitted by State Members or by current AWF Directors.
• Nominations can be submitted by the attached form and must be received by me no later than Monday 23 September 2019.

Notice of motion
Motions may be submitted to the 2019 AGM by the attached form and must be received by me no later than Monday 23 September 2019.
